The previous metal roof was not installed correctly (did not have plywood or a moisture barrier) and the team reused what structural materials they could and replaced what was necessary for the newly installed roofs longevity.
The craftsmanship is not the only thing to truly highlight. The attention to detail this job required was handled in the most professional manner. This project was completed with a barn full of horses during our busy season; certainly not an easy task. They did a tremendous job working carefully around the horses and made sure to clean up all materials VERY carefully. They removed all the old metal which we were able to repurpose for another project.
If you want the job done right the first time, this is 100% who you need to hire, without any hesitation or reservation. Worth every penny.

I saw Lititz Roofing installing a metal roof on the house next door and watched them for a day or two just going to town. I hired them to construct an addition and install roofing on the entire house. Eli was flexible and started on a part of the roof that was problematic and leaking into our kitchen. His roof fix channeled the water right to the gutter. Problem solved no sweat. Then his team constructed the addition in a manner that exceeded other contractors I have worked with. We met every day to resolve any issues and he was responsive to all my concerns. He worked with the architect and the inspectors thru a couple of rough spots and finished the job to everyone’s satisfaction. Eli was very understanding and his crew was awesome. f you are looking for a great company, Lititz is a #1.
